Daily Rates

Notes:

1) A cleaning fee will be charged for reservations that are less than 6 nights.
The cleaning fee is $105 for C-116 & C-220 and $85.00 for A-106.

2) A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking.

3) Balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

4) Hawaiian tax of 11.41% is added to the nightly charge.

5) Special rates available for stays longer than 2 weeks.

6) Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

7) Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless unit is re-rented.
